The Stay was comfortable, but service was little slow. View from room was perfect. Ambience was awesome. Rooms are little old, AC remote was not working perfectly. Food quality was good. Overall it was a pleasant stay but it could have been better.

Place is good and clean. Breakfast also good. Beach views are good. But restaurants staffs are not friendly. I called to order food with roomservice, but he hanged the phone in the middle of conversation.

Loved the stay at Soma Palmshore..Food is good, staff is friendly and rooms are spacious with a good view..washroom can be a bit better..they had good ayurvedic spa too..

Amazing experience, the stay, the food and most importantly the view ,and a very helpful and cordial staff. Enjoyed our stay. Just that the bathrooms setup is a bit odd....but it can be ignored given so many plus points.

Stayed in July 2025.Very relaxing ,soothing place . Neat,clean . Nice pool. Food was very good..fresh,tasty. Pleasant ,sweet,helpful staff especially at the restaurant. Special mention for the manager - exemplary. Their ayurveda centre on the top floor was very good. Overall my stay here was wholesome & much better in terms of experience than at Leela covalam.

Room was comfortable. The food was very tasty and the swimming pool was fun The bathroom was very small and little bit uncomfortable. There was no complementary dental kit .

Property location was nice with scenic beauty. However property is old and fit amd finish is very bad. Can see leakages from top floors in the down floor cottages amd formed with algae and unpleasant. Staff hospitality was amazing. Food was average. They ahould really focus in maintaining the cottages especially with water leaks amd bathroom tiles and interiors are way out dated

Old property..low on maintenance..dirty bathrooms..water logging right in front of my room..had to call housekeeping to clear it..simple thing..sloped floor in the wrong direction so water can't flow out..they won't work on it..hammock right in front of my room was dangerously tied to a concrete filled iron pipe that was rusted badly at the bottom and just a little push would send it crashing to the ground and cud land on the person in the hammock..I right away called up reception asking to address the issue..the least I expected was they would place some kind of board or display to warn people away..they didn't do anything and every other minute I had to come and show it to people trying to use it..my room number was 118..bathroom sliding doors wer very dirty and floor drain choked...bed was arranged well..food was OK..the way to upper rooms are through the restaurant..people out from the pool and from the beach with all the water n dirt drooping down have to walk through inside the restaurant making the area very messy..no outer route provided..funny problems..over all maintenance and consequently cleanliness is d main issue

Very unprofessional. Started preparing the room only after we arrived, that too after the check in time 2:00PM. The room was full of flies. The cleaning staff entered the room without proper intimation. The breakfast offered was not up to the expectation level. No Wi-Fi is available on rooms even though there is work table😄. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

such a wonderful place with all amenities, people are polite in handling guest and particularly the sea facing rooms are really worthy

Good stay. Rooms were clean.little small rooms then expected. All the amenities availlable. Private beach and swimming pool is perfect

Stay was good, with good response, but they provided two torn towels for use. Excellent beach view and food was good.
