The worst place I've ever stayed in. I'm talking dusty bedsheets and towels with suspicious stains and a shower that barely works. This place didn't even have proper power back up. I had to endure redness and itching on my skin after spending a night there. We had to wait for over 2 hours to be served breakfast. There is literally no staff there if you need anything. Highly not recommended. A total waste of money.

We had a disappointing stay here. The accommodation is not suitable for families with toddlers. Additionally, we found the bathroom to be unclean and lacking in toiletries. Furthermore, the phone connection wasn't working, the TV was non-functional, and 24-hour security was not provided. Another major issue was the lack of parking space within the premises. However, if you're visiting the Aazhimala temple, this place might be a convenient option for a stay.

All rooms are not working in AC. My family dropped out at midnight in the hotel. Worst experience with us. Room service is not clean. Yesterday I changed two rooms. But it is my worst experience in my whole life.

The experience was terrible. . Not a single service provider was there. No water. No comfort. Never sugess any one to stay.

Bad experience no ac, no power backup no one is there on the reception for complaint, no one is there to pickup your bags if lift is not working

The hotel is not having proper light inside the room tv is not working and not clean room also

Not that much clean. It's a average hotel. Ambience looksnice but cleanliness wise too poor. If u wanna stay. Try to get better one

It was horrible experience. No water in the toilet. No water for drinking. No tea and no other person to take your luggage. Only one person was doing something. Properly is at good location but management is extremely poor. I want my money back.

We booked the hotel for 2 days spending a good amount of money but couldn't even complete 2 days there. When we got there, we were the only guests in the hotel. That itself was a bad sign. To make it worse, the room was filled with dust and we couldn't even breathe properly. Slept wearing mask that night and left the hotel next morning. They didn't even apologize for our bad experience or offered a refund. There were no staffs for room service also. Would never recommend this place.

Power was not there and generator not working

Overall stay was good. Ayurvedic massage was really helpful and refreshing as we were travel-ling since 10 days. Food at their newly launched restaurant was so delicious.

Property is avarage. Hygiene is also so so. 8 km from kovalam beach however near to azhimala shiva temple. Staff not so cooperative except few personal. Food is avarage.

Top floor, swimming pool, party place.

Hotel people collected extra money. They told their hotel rent more and I paid lesser through make my trip

Room size was good, but location was too bad, can't reach the beach easily, nothing was nearby to go. Pool closed at 7 PM so we could not use. Electricity goes on and off whole night which disturbed our sleep and due to that lift was not working. Wi-Fi was not working. Bad experience. Definitely not recommended.

It was raining but no umbrella was available to go out. I was having high fever but the manager was not able to give me a doctor address. He was suggesting for only Ayurvedic massage. The staff was not concerned at all. Morning I wanted to walk on Beach but no umbrella. When I sat in my balcony to feel the breeze the chair break away. I came. In my room and sat on my bed. When I opened the window mosquito started coming in. Breakfast starts only at 8. 30 Am. It is too late for breakfast. I ordered chilli paneer for dinner was not good and the potion was too small.

The stay was awesome. We booked two sea view rooms for two couples for a single night. Room was so nice and clean. The sea view private balcony was great. Sea is not so close but its good. Kovalam beach is around 5km away from the stay so its a quiet and calm place. Restaurant was clean and the food was good. View from the pool was awesome. We enjoyed a lot at the pool. Good staff behavior too.
