It was horrible experience to stay in this Hotel. I could not get basic necessities. AC cooling was not working, there was no flow of water in taps and food was served complete cold. I could not get fresh water to take bath and tea katthe was having cockroaches. Hygiene and cleannesses was another major problem.

Hotel staff are good ,food also good, boating experience is main activity here.. overall good experience

It was good experience staying here. Neat and clean, and so peaceful.

The room service is very slow and the rooms were not clean. Only good point is the location and the nature of the staff.

It was nice stay at Leela Backwaters Inn. Location is good. Breakfast is good but dinner was not good as it takes lot of time to prepare food due to limited staff availability. It is fully AC hotel and completed packed from all sides, so stingy smell was there. If you keep room open for some time, mosquitoes will enter inside. Room service was good. We got our room upgraded to suite room. All other room sizes are small.

we booked a double bed deluxe room. There was no telephone in this room. The room was not so good . The food is absolutely very bad in taste.

The room provided was terrible, broken wardrobe, no tv, no towels, no kettle and no land phone either. After request they provided tv and land phone. Most of the time, no one attended the reception phone. Restaurant food was pretty bad. We tried lunch. Water was stinking in bathroom.

it was the worst experience we had. The room and corridors were stinking of vomit. They didn't provide kettle which was basic. There was no land phone or TV in the room. It was put later on demand. The water was stinking in bathroom. the chair in the room was damaged. The cupboard was damaged. The bucket in bathroom was broken. Provided only one bath towel. No response or people available at reception most of the time.

It was a pathetic experience for my family. I will get tired if try to list down all the negatives hence I will try n be concise. No telecom (when asked the staff said all are taken but all the rooms were unoccupied that time), inexperienced staff (though nice behaviour), pathetic food (asked for prawns masala got it almost after an hour with all the outer shells and all), smelly washrooms, overpriced. Overall I think MMT should consider removing this property from list as it would make someone else’s life miserable and they would also blame MMT to have shown them this property

We booked via make my trip at leela inn two rooms june 7 to 8. The rooms are properly maintained and the room service was excellent plus the manager was so friendly overall we enjoyed a lot in poovar back waters ride with scenic beauty arrangements are made by leela inn. Thanks a lot

They have charges me extra amount and my refund was also rejected.

Excellent at 2000 rs, i got this at a great deal. Close to back water but far from beach. Nice room, bed and ac.

Room is not neat, bed sheets were full of stain, toilets are not clean, no phone on room for any assisatance.

One of the most memorable stay at this beautiful property with my family. The view was spectacular from the room. The club services are superb. They made sure that our stay was super comfortable and special thanks to front office staff who made sure that every moment we spent on the property was worth it. He made sure that all our expectations are met and arranged for all our meals the best possible way. The hotel offers wide variety of services and literally you wont need to look any further. Will definitely visit again.
