Cliff Way Apartments

The property itself was decent, but the management and coordination were very poor. There was no watchman, no basic amenities like a dental kit, and overall, safety felt compromised. The coordinator even told us that the venue gate would be closed at 12 midnight, which was very inconvenient. While the property looked good, the lack of proper management, safety, and service made the experience disappointing.

We stayed there for one day as a weekend getaway, and the experience was amazing. We booked a one-room apartment, and the area was calm and relaxing. It felt just like home because they provided all the essential facilities. The staff was also very friendly. Overall, our stay was excellent!

The whole apartment was clean and fully furnished and the location of the apartment is near from the cliff

It was good and calm experience. The room was good and the kitchennate was provided with basic utensils which was very helpful to cook and eat. Overall a v good experience

The rooms are big and good we had booked the ground floor room but due to rain there were too many mosquitoes. After complaining the host was kind enough to shift us to the 2nd floor room. The room has all the amenities, if you are looking for a long stay. As it is an apartment it doesn't have a restaurant/cafe and there is none nearby. Overall the rooms are good and spacious can stay here for a staycation!

We stayed here in 2bhk apartment for 2 days during our kerala trip. This place feels like own home with spacious bedrooms, living and dining space and fully equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. The building is new. Pros: 1) fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, dishes/cutlery and utensils to cook simple food items. 2) grocery/fruit shops nearby (2 min drive) 3) clean bathrooms with all modern fittings (except bathtub. 4) spacious bedrooms with clean beddings and ac. 5) all areas were sparkling clean 6) parking space 7) washing machine which comes very handy if you are on a long trip. 8) lift available. 9) good size balconies with fans and wooden chair tables. 10) just 2-3 minutes drive to varkala beach and 4 mins from black sand beach. 11) absolute privacy 12) helpful staff cons: 1) they should have an ro water purifier in the kitchen. Or, at least provide 20l ro water bottle for cooking purpose. That's a must at this price point. One should not be bothered to buy water bottles from outside to cook food. 2) i felt there was a little (barely noticeable) odour in the bathroom because the small exhaust was not sufficient and the type of windows they had couldn't be opened due to privacy issue. They need to fix the same. 3) this is not that near if you want to walk to the beach. May be 10 mins walk. But we had a car so it was perfect for me. Ps: not sure if they had iron or not, i had mine so i didn't bother to check.

The cliff way apartment's prime location on varkala north cliff combined with its exceptional rooms makes it a standout choice. With stunning views and easy access to attractions, it's a perfect option for those who value both comfort and convenience.

There were hidden charges, they asked us to pay additional 1000 bucks for a mattress while we had already paid additional charge for 3rd person. This wasn’t mentioned on mm t but only disclosed after reaching the property which was bumming. We had to upgrade the room because the original room wasn’t as big as mentioned with a small bed, they charged an additional 6000 for this upgrade. Had no problem with rooms, they were clean and stay was pleasant. However; the whole hidden/additional charges were not right. For any such charge must be mentioned explicitly

Wonderful accommodation for couples/family. Felt like home. You name it and they have it. Washroom was very big. Excellent stay
