Not very good experience.. location wise it was good
The regular water they provided was very unhygienic and the buckets they provided for bathrooms was also squalid.For the toiletry items they only provided soap no toothpaste,toothbrush,handwash or shampoo kit nothing is there. It was very unconvenient for us as a traveller who is very new to that place.. we are not able to find a shop nearby to buy these items..hardly we managed for our bathroom essentials.. Room was tidy and in good condition.. Appliances also good.. But the basic need.. The water they provided for drinking was fetid.. And the bathroom buckets was spualid. And instead of a toiletry kit .. They provided only soap.. Otherwise check in and check out was smooth..

Dear sir. Did you ask anyone for anything and were denied? We take care of guests and try to meet all requirements if asked. We provide Aquaguard filtered water, if you didn't find it proper we could have changed water. Same for toiletries. But you should have asked for it. Also there is huge market with all daily needs right in front of guest house. Did you miss it? Were you not able to locate it?

Dear sir, we provide machine filtered purified water to all guests. Also ours is a highly rated bnb accommodation that is available at very low cost compared to standard Delhi accommodation. We still try to provide best facilities and clean accommodation so that guests are comfortable. That's why we are rated so high. If you want luxury accommodations you should book five star hotels in Delhi

Excellent Stay
Loved the ambience of the place. Beautifully maintained and the place has a very cozy vibe. The hosts were very hospitable and the property is also at a quite prime location with everything available nearby.

I'm a frequent traveller. This was worst experience.
They did not made my entry in their register. I arrived at 9 pm. Next day had visa interview , i told them will go for it leaving my son behind. Next day got stuck in a jam, I requested to not trouble my son, i'll pay extra charges if any but they made my son sit outside the room as their checkout time was over . Ambience is poor, synthetic bedsheets to cover . Only good thing was the locality

Dear mam. We are highly rated guest house and hence we are usually full with back to back bookings. We had told you a day prior only that checkout time is till 11 am and in case you need to go somewhere, you can keep your luggage with us. However, we allowed your guest to stay till 1pm, 2 hours beyond checkout without any charge, despite requesting multiple times to checkout and use our waiting room as next guest was already waiting. We never forced any guest out of your room if you recall but kept requesting you to checkout as we have limited rooms
