Rooms were okay okay. Location is near to Delhi metro and there are not much options for dining around. Need to be dependent on online food order. Staff is polite and very helpful, which made our stay pleasant. Can be considered if your budget is below 1500.

The checkin service is slow however the room is good no disturbance is there. also there is one thing to highlight to the hotel that they does not provide the towel that was my second booking in the hotel and both the time they does not provide towel. Also kitchen is closed at 11 pm however they does not have there own kitchen. but the experience is good.

Staff was not supportive and food in there hotel was pathetic. I ordered egg fried rice which was stinky and had no taste. Overall, i had bad experience staying at this hotel

In the hotel, the rooms were not clean and the hospitality was bad. I wasnt even given a bottle of water and when i tried to order food from the inhouse hotel i was asked to pay extra for asking to give me glass to pour the coke! i was also charged 40 rs for a coke that was only 20 rs! i absolutely have no idea why! and when i asked the reception they said it is additional charge for bringing it into the hotel! i mean! i would have understood if it was in the mountains or jungle! but u guys are in the middle of a metropolitan city! where is the additional cost coming from?
