Room was on 4th floor and lift was not working. Breakfast took 2 hours to be delivered by staff after multiple asks. Bedsheets were dirty. Blanket was missing and later provided without covering. Reception was not picking up calls need to go to reception walking to talk that too 3 floors down and up.

Room and property was very good, proper cleanliness and receptive staff

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

The room was not clean, walls were broken, balcony door did not close, the light switches were not working, bathroom was tooo untidy there were cigarette marks all over the bathtub and room furniture. the only good thing about the hotel was the staff and location. the staff was very professional and behaved really nicely. but again dont go by with the hotel photos it is not a nice place to stay with your family, couple or solo.

Location is quite near to Fortis Hospital and metro station. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. Excellent hospitality and clean room with city view. Overall a very comfortable stay.

They didn’t allowed to Check-in with prepaid booking, says that their hotel is all full and they’ll refund but they didn’t.
