The cleanliness was far below expectations – the room felt unkempt, with dust in corners and stains on the linens. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the service was equally poor. The staff seemed unhelpful and uninterested in assisting with even basic requests. It felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority here. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. For the price charged, one would expect at least clean rooms and courteous service, but unfortunately, this place failed on both fronts.

The hotel staff was very rude and treated me very badly. I will complain against him. Please take some action against him.

Ranjeet staff behavior was very excellent and polite. Rooms are good for two people. Easy to reach through any mode of communication.

The staff was very friendly, almost everything was good but they should keep slippers in bathroom and keep bed sheet clean

Easy check inn and comfortable stay. Prices were high as per the room size. Overall good experience.
