our stay at club Mahindra Arookutty was excellent. the location is beautiful and the staff are very courteous. the amenities are good but I feel the price quoted for food is too high as per kerala state.

It was my first stay at any club mahindra property. The location and food were the only things that i found good. Every staff i came across in this resort had an expression that was unwelcoming. Saw an unhappy look at all those faces. Service was poor, especially in the restaurant. Seemed there is acute manpower shortage. Yes, i saw two smiling faces towards the end of my trip, but they were from the marketing team trying to sell me club mahindra membership.

Property is good, location is excellent. Amenities & services are well and good. Need more games, activities. Foods are very tasty.

Resort was looking good but service was poor. We didnt even receive dental kit and when asked for it, the kit didnt receive our room till we check out. Other room services were also poor. Nobody was attending the call made to spa too.

It was a pleasant stay!

Location and property's location are very good. Happy to stay and safe our family members.
