disappointed with ramada allepey
property is old and not maintained. they gave us a room that had roaches and lizards. then they gave another room which smelled like pest control recently done. at the price we paid, hotel and overall stay was not worth. avoid at all costs

Good Stay
Location & Stay was excellent. Food variety can be better for vegetarian since we expect more from five star hotel. Lake view was amazing from room, swimming pool should be on higher floor instead of lower floor since it did not give privacy.

Terrible Stay
Very Small Room where All Other Hotels in Same Amount Providing Minimum Double Size Room in Munnar & Thekkady.... Different Kind of Smell in the Room as well as to the Washroom Towels was Really Annoying....Low Light in the Room. Room Service Was also Pathetic & Different Smells at different Places Make You Feel Like Running From the Hotel. Breakfast was Not bad. But overall it gives feeling of Old Type Hotel & No Fresh Light Arrangement

Average Stay
Our overall stay at Ramada was fine, but I would like to share some feedback regarding the reception. The executives at the front desk were not welcoming, and we felt that they could have been more approachable. As guests, we expect reception staff to greet with a smile and create a warm first impression. A friendly and positive attitude at the front desk goes a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Good but not great for what you pay
Location is great. The hotel has seen its better days, little run down floors, rooms and toilets for the price segment. Overall kept clean though. Restaurant is good but can be better . Did not try the lounge bar and top restaurant, they seemed impressive .

Excellent Stay
Stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey and loved every moment! The backwater views from my room were breathtaking, especially at sunset. Staff went above and beyond with friendly, thoughtful service. Ananthakriashna, Devkinandan and Parvathy were very welcoming and generous. The food was delicious, with both local Kerala flavors and international options. Stay at Ramada
Overall the stay was good. Food was ok. Staffs were very kind and generous. I would love to mention Santy who did her job well. Arranging cruise ride and whatever help we asked for she did a great job. All other staffs were also very helpful except for some clerical issues. Stay was good. And we thank each and everyone there.

Terrible Stay
The furniture is pretty old and not maintained at all , the bed covers are not that clean and was not comfortable as per the standards of Ramada group and the pricing being offered , the interior of rooms is too old and is not maintained. Towels were not clean and had stains on it . Water bottles not provided , it was very poor hygiene .

Nice stay at Ramada by Wyndham
Rooms are comfortable with minibar and other required accessories. The room decor could have been better. The location of the property is nice with the hotel backdrop as the backwaters. The view from the room was awesome. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is neither great nor bad. But its a safe choice to stick with the local cuisine even though they have multi cuisine resturants. The hotel also offers a complimentary evening boat ride. The hotel wifi definitely requires improvement.
