Our overall stay at Ramada was fine, but I would like to share some feedback regarding the reception. The executives at the front desk were not welcoming, and we felt that they could have been more approachable. As guests, we expect reception staff to greet with a smile and create a warm first impression. A friendly and positive attitude at the front desk goes a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience.

Good but not great for what you pay
Location is great. The hotel has seen its better days, little run down floors, rooms and toilets for the price segment. Overall kept clean though. Restaurant is good but can be better . Did not try the lounge bar and top restaurant, they seemed impressive .

pathetic experience. not worth for a single penny. smelly rooms, very bad experience. Never stayed in such a pathetic property.

Excellent Stay
Stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey and loved every moment! The backwater views from my room were breathtaking, especially at sunset. Staff went above and beyond with friendly, thoughtful service. Ananthakriashna, Devkinandan and Parvathy were very welcoming and generous. The food was delicious, with both local Kerala flavors and international options. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and stunning location in Alleppey

Stay at Ramada
Overall the stay was good. Food was ok. Staffs were very kind and generous. I would love to mention Santy who did her job well. Arranging cruise ride and whatever help we asked for she did a great job. All other staffs were also very helpful except for some clerical issues. Stay was good. And we thank each and everyone there.

Terrible Stay
The furniture is pretty old and not maintained at all , the bed covers are not that clean and was not comfortable as per the standards of Ramada group and the pricing being offered , the interior of rooms is too old and is not maintained. Towels were not clean and had stains on it . Water bottles not provided , it was very poor hygiene .

Nice stay at Ramada by Wyndham
Rooms are comfortable with minibar and other required accessories. The room decor could have been better. The location of the property is nice with the hotel backdrop as the backwaters. The view from the room was awesome. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is neither great nor bad. But its a safe choice to stick with the local cuisine even though they have multi cuisine resturants. The hotel also offers a complimentary evening boat ride. The hotel wifi definitely requires improvement.

Ambeiance is good food quality is good.. Rooms are not maintained upto the Standard of star hotel... AC not working properly tv not able to watch due to non recharge... AC water is dripping in the room.

Terrible Stay
We booked Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey considering a comfortable stay as it claimed itself as a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms given were terrible old rooms with no AC flow/cooling, smelly and dusty furniture, dim lights, very less space for luggage and no Fans. We ended up requesting the table fan for comfortable sleep of my Kid. Do not consider this as a 5 star hotel rooms.
