It is the best property in Kollam. People outside kerala are less aware of this place. But if you are coming to trivandrum one should definitely come to kollam & stay at leela’s raviz hotel.Surrounded by backwater, wonderful location.

Location was awesome, room was not ready even if I reached 2 hour later than the actual check in time they sent us in the cruise for a ride instead then they messed up with luggage’s which was not delivered to room on time and we missed hi tea because of it and there were house lizard droppings on bed and cigarette buds near the plunge pool

Our stay was excellent overall. The infinity pool offered a stunning view and was one of the highlights of our stay. However, the view from Garden heritage was good and the view of lake also awesome . The buffet breakfast and dinner had sufficient variety, though not as extensive as some other 5-star hotels we've stayed at. That said, the quality of food was good, and the room service was impressively fast. We have complementary boat cruise in the evng and a complementary boating to sambranikodi island.But we cannot enter in to the island due to weather condition. complementary hi-tea with banana fry is also good. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning.
