There was no water in sink and toilet . God knows how they got permission to operate .How could let rooms without water . Terrible .

Yes it is right next to the beach. The place is pretty.the room is clean. bathrooms are neat. looks like the picture.

It was actually not a really good stay at this venue, when you plan to take your family with you. People who have drunk are also allowed anytime. It seems like this beach house doesn’t follow any check-in check properly. We have booked a double Ac room and one of the bed was very untidy and the manager informed me that they didn’t notice our booking. We couldn’t have a good night sleep, but the purpose of booking is itself to take rest and continue the trip. They even demanded extra 500 rs while the whole amount was already paid during the booking itself. Fortunately when I assertively recalled abt the no.of adults and children stay was already mentioned in the booking info itself, then they allowed to stay without the extra amount. It’s was very scary in the night, that some ppl where drunk and quarrelling within the campus premises. I won’t suggest this place at all !

Very nice and suitable for everyone. You can order food from the local samudra restaurant. You should order before 1 hour.

Yeah sure property outside is very good but inside room is below average amount is not worthy totally im very disappointedfood facility is also not available. If you want food going to 5 to 6 km then only you can buy a food. I'm taking any picture in this properly because not worthy.

Only one positive point: it's near the sea and villa is good if you are traveling with 5-6 family members. Rather than resort it's more like homestay. No nearby restaurant, you need to struggle for food. Road conditions are very bad. There are a lot of mosquitoes. They don't even provide a bath towel. You need to ask for each and everything. Mm t location and exact location are quite different (5-6 km difference in both locations. Ac was working properly. The swimming pool is in an adjacent property and doesn't belong to this property. No hand wash liquid available.

We booked the near mahabalipuram around 3km distance, but one person called me and told me the location in this not correct and he has sent another location which is 18 km away from mahabalipuram. I was so upset. They are not modified the location in mmt. And the road is so horrible around 500 meters. My car got punt-her 2 tyres blast.

Worst resort stayed for ever. It’s a homestay and not resort

Had a pleasant stay with family. Pro*5 minute walk to the beach*feels like a private beach, clean and calm* caretakers ensure you have a pleasant stay, cottages themselves are clean and with greenery all around gave a very peaceful effect con* no food available, will have to depend on food delivery apps.

All the rooms are neat and clean. With the beach nearby, it was a perfect room to spend with the family. This cottage is very close to mahabalipuram. So that ecr can go to other entertainment activities on the road.

Yes we stayed for one night. There is good safety only thing they can provide some essentials in room and bath like kit they can have some ambience in room like couple stay pool can be added

Overall all good & neat stay really helped for food & other stuffs overall good good for beach view

Hotel location and rooms were very good. Villa is spacious. We had good hospitality from the staff. Very close to beach. Beach is not crowded and clean.
