Review Of Best Western Swing High Katra

Stayed for 1 day. AC was not cooling. Intercom was not working properly. Breakfast buffet was very limited. AC was not working in gym. Washroom adjoining to gym was closed.

Room was clean and hygiene Vey close to railway station. Location is also good as it is on main roadThey also provided free drop to banganga entrance. Food was ok because they don't use garlic and onion.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is very helpful. They have good parking space. Food is very good too

Facility can have better fixtures and fittings. No mini fridge. Poor air conditioning controls.

Overall stay in "best western swing high katra" was good. First of all excellent food, nice restaurant, good ,tasty and good quality food. Good hygiene, good hospitality, excellent quality of food. Room service was excellent. But reason for opting rating 4 instead of 5 is for room number 1011 door and almirah locks were broken. On request and on phone call only toiletries and other complementary stuffs like water bottles were sent in the room. by default they were supposed to be sent every morning in the allotted rooms. The Jacuzzi was not working but it was mentioned in the advertisement. The laundry service was also not up to the mark, no other alternate washing machine was available, only a single machine was available there and that too was not working one day. To deal with the failover situation no other backup washing machine option was available in such a big hotel.

Had a great stay at Best western swing high hills during our Vaishno Devi trip. The location was convenient, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and felt home-cooked. They also arranged shuttle services to Banganga and the helipad, which made things very easy. Highly recommend for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The staff was very supportive, the breakfast menu was 100% jain and food was tasty too. the hotel provided us a drop facility to start our bhavan journey. the guide you properly if asked about anything. The location is near market. Rooms were spacious
