since Vaishnodevi yatra is suspended, there were no other guests in the hotel. well maintained hotel, located at prime road, easily accessible. service is ok. Restaurant was not working. Hot water in the washroom was also not available..

This is a very well updated hotel, it is a very beautiful place, the blessings of Mata Rani are directly on this hotel.

Properties like these with no backup of AC is really not appreciable

Booked 2 rooms and for both the rooms AC was not working, technician visited twice and assure that it will work within 10-15 min. but unfortunately not. Later that night approx. 11:30 they offer room on another floor but we were so tired and had to leave hotel 5 AM to catch the train so we rejected as we all were so tired after completing our mata rani yatra and wanted rest badly for next 4-5 hours. NOT a good experience for us. However hotel was clean and staff was also helpful. Don't try boufet as expensive and not impressive.

The hotel is good and family friendly. Staff specially Mr. Karnail Singh, Sanjay Khajuria and other staff are very helpful and have good behaviour. Rooms are spacious, neat & clean.

Location is very approachable and it is in the main market Regarding facilities,the property has a very good ambience,parking space is available well within the compound so the cars are safe. It has a big garden with swings for children. It has a charging facility for the EV's

All over everything was excellent. Specially the Manager & Staff. Neat & Clean rooms& washrooms. but little costly

The hotel is worth it for the price and is an excellent choice. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and modern and the hotel staff provided all the basic amenities. The location is also great as the surroundings are clean and it is easily reachable and has various food options nearby. All the staff were very courteous and quick with their service. I'll definitely come back to this hotel in future.

Great Hotel. Very helpful. We arrived early in the morning, we got room as early checking and they also helped in cab booking on reasonable rate.

Hotel room is very good and staff behaviour is also very kind we stay there for 2 days and 2 night and that was fantastic in our hotel booking we don't have transportation service but the hotel give us a complimentary travel to our Yatra location plus hotel room view is also very beautiful we can see mountains and a beautiful sunrise. we check IN to the hotel early in a morning and hotel staff is very kind to give us all the facilities on time. if I talk about food of the hotel is decent but need to change some flavours and density of the food. but allover experience is fabulous💙

I book the room for 1 day. The room was clean. As we are having 3 year kid with me, i ordered non spicy dal and chapati for her and get it as we want. Food and breakfast were good. Also hotel staff behaviour was good and cooperative. Also requested for early check in and they managed it for us.

Service is poor. I paid for two rooms in cardinal ambika hotel including breakfast but when I asked for breakfast they said it was not included and the same was not reflected in the voucher also. hence they did not provide breakfast.
