Terrible Stay
Poor service even I booked my room with breakfast but they did not provide us breakfast even they did not prior intimate us that they are not providing breakfast. Bathroom were not hygiene even their shower were not working Poor service and food was not good even as per booking breakfast was not provided

The food was good but buffet had les options . The blanket and bed sheet was turned . The fridge was not working and even the intercom had problems. Tommy cleaning is done only on demand .... it is not a regular practice

Very nice location and stay . Safe to visit now vaishno devi . Very polite and helpful nature of Mr. Rohit Raj ( Receptionist ) who booked our helicopter and ropeway .

Very nice stay , this was during blackout in May. Hotel was very supportive, even gave us late check out option. Thanks , will visit again

Amenities , location food and other services are good . The front office managers are very cooperative and courteous. Neat maintenance and hot food is served according to our taste. Value for money

Property is Good. however they shall update the details as there is new construction which completely blocked the mountain view. so even in the premium category this is not available now. Food l, breakfast is at best. Location is also close to market and minimum distance to main gate. they provide drop facility which is also appreciated. Rooms are good with a balcony.

It was a fine stay. The food was not up to the mark. Also, the glass partition in the washroom was broken and the wc as well. The room was fine. The service was good though. They can work on food as well as housekeeping services and property maintenance. Though the connectivity to the railway station is around 900mtr and to the Banganga YATRA point is around 2 to 3 km as well as 1 km to Katra main market.
