Good Stay
Excellent location. It’s just across the railway station and less than 5 mins walk. It can’t get better. The hotel is nice and contemporary and the staff and service is also very good. The food matched expectations. The staff was receptive to feedback such as having hand towels in the room etc. Overall a very good stay.

Very bad hotel I want 4 to5 print demand charges all hotel pick & drop free in Katra but holiday in charges

It's my second time staying with ihg however same trouble of AC nt working properly. No buffet for dinner or lunch due to occupancy as per hotel. In room food was way to expensive. Hotel staff stating we are upgrading ur room to mountain. iew which I had already paid. Unhappy with experience as had to hunt for food in heavy rain. Wouldn't be visiting nxt time..It's not always bout room, view..it's also about services and minute things that matter.comfort et

Stay at Holiday Inn, Katra
We stayed in Holiday Inn Katra for two days. We had great time. Hotel is very near to railway station. Rooms are spacious and neat and clean. Staff is well mannered and served us with smile. We travelled with the cancer patient and they helped us by providing each and everything needed by us specially food according to patient’s need.. On the whole it was a comfortable stay.,

A Comfortable and Pleasant Stay!
Our experience at Holiday Inn Katra was truly delightful. The location is extremely convenient, especially for those arriving by train — it's just a short walk from the Katra Railway Station. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options across meals. We especially appreciated the availability of cab services from the hotel for local sightseeing — reasonably priced and well-coordinated. A big shout-out to the staff, who were consistently polite, courteous, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable visit to Katra!
