33 Hotel is rightly placed, location is good as it is very close to railway station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Rakesh sharma is a star, he is happy to help and ensure you get what you need. Good value for money hotel.

Great stay, neat and clean rooms, hygienic washrooms with hot water but food service is very slow, expect to wait 30 mins for a cup of tea, food quality is also good

very poor service with old property
Property is too old and and washroom taps are not working also for food there was nothing available mentioned in menu.

Very good hotel in Katra
Very nice hotel to stay in Katra. It's near the railway station. All staff members are very friendly and helpful, specially staff at reception.

Excellent Stay
The stay is comfortable, the front desk, service staff are very cooperative. pickup from railway station, dropping to banganga , pickup after yatra and drop back to railway station is a great help service of the hotel.

nice and decent room , corporative hotel stuff , outside view is the best …… telephone line is distrubing first but after complaint they solved our problem

stay was satisfactory. check out time was 11 am but on my request hotel allowed me up to 2pm. provided vehicle for receiving & drop out to helibase and station

Very good and value for money hotel.
I used hotel for very limited time but overall experience is very good. Very friendly and quick response ( driver and night shift reception staff) on the request. Pick up and drop facility is awesome..specifically pick up from end of Yatra is very helpful. Room and view of the hotel is very good. Rest facility in the room like AC, hot and cold water, clean washroom is uniqueness of the hotel. No idea on food as didn’t get the chance to use it. Overall good. Thanks

The location is walking distance approx 600-700m from the station and the staff was really good and courteous. Rooms are okay but provides all required basic amenities
