I recently stayed at this hotel,had a pleasant experience overall The room was cleann, comfortable.

Best hotel in katra. Neat and clean room. location near to parchi counter and all basic need shops nearby. wifi was excellent

All in all the stay was good. The hotel is located very near to the market, the food was great but the highlight is the interiors of the rooms and hotel. The staff were helpful and very cordial.

Out of two rooms, in one room bedsheets were not cleaned and used bedsheets were spread on the bed. Later, the hotel staff changed our room but it was inconvenient.

it was a mixed experience, room was good, However, lot of disturbance and not good for people who have kid or need emergency food service. No staff after 10 pm only gaurd. except room nothing was good

The hotel is very far from the main road and the food quality is terrible. Although the hotel staff is friendly and polite , rooms are economical. Recommended if you are going only for Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan .

I had a wonderful stay at Bloom Hotels! The rooms were clean, bright, and very comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place was so cheerful. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Would definitely love to stay here again! 🌼

The staff is rude and have no knowledge of check in procedures which took almost 45 mins for check in there are shortage of staff and no professional behaviour

This property is really good and close to the vaishnodevi devi temple. Hotel staff is very professional and helpful. Proper hygiene is maintained everywhere in the hotel premises.
