Pros Location of the property is so good. It is in a prime location. Accessability is good. You can have very good view from the room. Morning you can have avery beautiful walk in marine drive area. Facilities - Wi-Fi available , Tv and secure place to stay. Cons Maintenance of property is very average. Restrooms are not properly cleaned. Smoke smell was there in the room. We can find cigarette bud in the balcony. It’s not been cleaned.No drinking water facility even basic amenities like Washroom kits except towel were not available. Caretaker was not available for other activities except handing over keys.

Except one of the bathroom door was hard to open and close with heavy sound, everything else about this apartment was great.

Felt like i was home, the service apartment was very well maintained and had all the facilities you could ask for. The place has balconies and 3 rooms all with attached-ed bathrooms. It has a dining room, a kitchen, living, too. All bed rooms are airconditoned. The view from the balcony is breath taking
