We stayed at David Homes for 1 night, we arrived late & Sam welcomed us warmly, got a bed set up for my daughter quickly & offered us breakfast for the next morning, the room was comfortable with good quiet fans & aircon, the bathroom had hot water & was clean, we also had use of a kitchen & dining area. Sam also allowed us to check out late so we could have a relaxed morning & check in for our flight - I'd definitely recommend & return here

David was a good host however the rooms need to be renovated and bed blanket and bed sheets can be little more of decent colour and choice. Otherwise everything else was okay for this price.

No veg restaurants near by to the stay no tv accommodation ok. Felt a bit loneliness

Thanks for the feedback. Pure Veg restaurent Aryas is located few meters from our property. There are other options too. We didn't mentioned TV as a facility anywere. At the same time we provided big and clean room with high speed wifi and workspace for working professionals.we value our guest always. Do visit us again.

Amazing stay!

David and his hospitality is amazing. He is very warm and welcoming and knows many places in kochi. You can take suggestions for your trip. The house is clean and feels like home, you can come for a short trip or a long one, you will feel like home. The location of the house is very well connected with all roads and restaurants so everything is just a walk away. I’d surely like to visit again.
