Review Of Habitat 1 BHK Service Apartment | 3 km from Cochin Airport

Pleasant stay at somewhat reasonable price. I made this as a last minute booking. First of i had slight problems connecting with the number provided but managed it. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and professional. Its a first of a kind where in a single building 3 hotels are incorporated. The room was neat and as per pictures. Everything except the microwave works. I did find it difficult that there was no lighting provided near the dressing mirror and a provision for power socket for a hairdryer was also not found. There were more than enough charging points. The headrest of the bed was broken. Pillows a bit too hard. Apart from that id say its a very good stay. The complimentary breakfast was very limited to one item. They have adequate parking facilities within the property. Im sure to choose this again

A perfectly designed space for any category of people. pocket friendly and the aminites provided. A clean & quite pool , closeby airport.

Staff was very friendly and cooperative Location is not very convenient in case anybody wants to step out for any quick shopping. Rooms were clean but bed linens were old and looked dirty. Same with blankets. Air conditioning was not working effectively.

Found the place too small for us as we were 2 adults and 1 child. Hardly had any place to put our suitcases. Also, there were no bowls or enough cutlery to be able to eat properly.

Value for money. Just few kilometres to airport and 500 metres from the main road. Clean room and amenities. Fridge, washing machine, microwave oven and kettle provided in kitchen. Complementary breakfast.

The location is nearby the airport around 4kms and easily accessible for everyone. Food delivery partners would also reach the door for delivery. The room is pretty decent with amenities that is required and everything is tidy. Reception is good and they made us feel comfortable. Only the bed frame is a lil damaged other than that everything is good.

The breakfast was pretty good and the quantity was also satisfying. The bedspace and living room area were clean and tidy, with wifi installed.

Ac remote was not working only one towel available room was very small

i had an excellent stay at this budget-friendly 1 bhk apartment! the place was exceptionally neat and clean, with all the essential amenities included. the pool area was well-maintained, perfect for relaxing. the complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise—an extensive menu with a variety of delicious options. the apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and provided great value for the price. overall, it was a fantastic experience, and i would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quality stay without breaking the bank!.
