the view was good ,the staff was helpful they helped us for many details about our surroundings too the overall experience was good

very high prise of food, didnt locate at main dal lake, no extra facility providd like shikara to go back on main land during stay, while other house boat provides unlimited shikara ferry service

The service was prompt, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Food was amazing.I would highly recommend this house boat to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

Best stay we had here. They had really maintained well this property. Host muneeb was really great and helpful. He takes what is needed for dinner and breakfast and provided whatever we requested. Its really good place to stay. But clean property and good food and best host. He also suggested many do's and don'ts of the entire travel.

If anyone is looking for perfect stay and hospitality in Srinagar, then guys I must recommend you all this 'Aziz palace group of houseboat'. It's amazing, the most cosy, homely environment, sumptuous food and amazing host. Words just cannot describe its beauty. So without any 2nd thought just go for it guys. We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and every moment was really wonderful. Rooms, washrooms dining area everything was neat and clean.

The houseboat is exceptionally clean and has the best host. They look after you like your own family. It is at a prime location overlooking shankaracharya and the nehru park. Highly recommend for couples and families.

If you want to enjoy houseboats you should stay here nice view nice decoration staff was polite. From ghat number 9 pickup and drop boats provided by them and free of cost. Ac and geyser working in condition.
