This was one-of the best place to stay i have been so for, a place to relax yourself from the busy life. Hospitality offered was as peak, the staff being employed had great working experience and well behaviour. Food being offered was qaulity and tasty. In short one should definitely keep this property in mind while planning to trip for kashmir.

Had an amazing time staying on the houseboat! the experience was so relaxing, with beautiful views and all the comforts of home. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The view from the hb is mesmerizing in the morning and evening during golden hour (if it’s not cloudy. Overall aziz palace houseboat is a well maintained and well managed house boat. Special thanks to mr. Muneeb, the caretaker who was very polite, helpful and friendly.

This is a very premium house boat with all new furnishings and delicious homely meals. The houseboat are nicely decorated. Food service was great. Also, as it's located in dal lake, which is much less crowded and is a pleasant experience.

beautiful property. food is awesome. staffs are cordial. however one of their staffs prayed loudly for almost 30mins at 2am at night in the common area of our house boat. we couldn't sleep properly due to that. rest all are very good

If you want to enjoy houseboats you should stay here nice view nice decoration staff was polite. From ghat number 9 pickup and drop boats provided by them and free of cost. Ac and geyser working in condition.

The houseboat is exceptionally clean and has the best host. They look after you like your own family. It is at a prime location overlooking shankaracharya and the nehru park. Highly recommend for couples and families.
