Hotel New Shangrila

Good room but still chances of improvement are there.Management should look how to make better .Hotel is placed in a good location

staff and management of the hotel are very helpful. The overall experience is excellent. Location of this hotel very impressive

The hotel was ill maintained, according to the money charged the stay was poor in terms of room facilities, and everything, also the people there are more like a spy in this hotel they keep an eye on you as if you’re a thief

Hotel new shangrila is the worst hotel in srinagar which is manned by 3-4 boys of about 17-18 years. They hv zero experience in hotel industry. They shut lights off at 8 am. There is no generator function. It is used only at night. Cook cooks only 3-4 dishes. Owner visits rarely at the property. I booked it for 4 nights but left the hotel in 1 night.

Worst service never ever faced. So i am only given review 1 star. Poor surroundings and worst interior ( not clean properly). Main thing no response from hotel team from check-in time onward s. So early check out from the hotel and check in another hotel.

The hotel is good according to the price abed hospitality is also good
