The hotel was ill maintained, according to the money charged the stay was poor in terms of room facilities, and everything, also the people there are more like a spy in this hotel they keep an eye on you as if you’re a thief

Hotel new shangrila is the worst hotel in srinagar which is manned by 3-4 boys of about 17-18 years. They hv zero experience in hotel industry. They shut lights off at 8 am. There is no generator function. It is used only at night. Cook cooks only 3-4 dishes. Owner visits rarely at the property. I booked it for 4 nights but left the hotel in 1 night.

familyWorst service never ever faced. So i am only given review 1 star. Poor surroundings and worst interior ( not clean properly). Main thing no response from hotel team from check-in time onward s. So early check out from the hotel and check in another hotel.
