All are very good,Thanks All team members are cooperative, Property is in center of North Goa

The say was really cozy and comfortable being in pine location every thing was accessible . Room cleaning was also done properly. It had good pool and facilities like Scooty booking and cafés were also close by.

Every thing was nice only property’s is very old and they have taken extra money for early check in which was not communicated clearly when we asked one day before for early check in.

Hospitality was not good as shown in images while booking

I stayed at Asta by Avim from February 8 to February 14, and my experience was absolutely amazing! The staff, especially Adil and Anzar, were extremely helpful and always available to assist with anything we needed. The swimming pool was clean, and housekeeping was done daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for both families and friends, with easy access to nearby beaches. Everything about this place was just perfect! A special thanks to our host, Shiva Ji, who was also very accommodating. Highly recommended, and I would love to visit again!

Stayed in this hotel last week. Had a wonderful experience with this hotel. Staff in this hotel is very friendly. Hotel facilities and ambiance was really good. It was worth staying in this hotel for my vacation.

We had booked a 2 bhk apartment. It was perfect for group of 4. The rooms, the living room, kitchen all was perfect. The best part was no rok tok. The staff was courteous and helpful.

It was a wonderful stay. Spacious, neat and clean property. Property location is 50mts off main road. All beaches baga, calanugate are within reach of 10mins, anjuna, vagator is 20mins away. Host shiva was very helpful. Food options are also available near by or you can order them at you room.

I had a fantastic experience staying in as-ta by a vim. It has all the amenities as described in the site. Very neat and clean rooms and quite large washroom even in studio appartment. The swimming pool is well maintained. Shiva was very helpful and propmptly resolved all our requests.

Nice stay and the apartment was very clean and most important the manager shiva is very helpful personally he helped us to book scooter and cabs in the city. Stay was very very pleasant love to visit the same hotel whenever i come again in goa
