Room was full of mosquitoes.lost sleep all night

all Hotel are good. Online booking on MMT is good room available so you can plan your tour with Family also

The room was smelling really bad. Can't even open the window because, the windows doesn't have mosquito nets ... Very suffocating. Tried asking switching the rooms. They said no other rooms. Never going back to Alfa Inn

Kindly provide tea kits in room. It's very much required by transit passengers taking flight early morning.

The stay wasn’t that good. Earlier the management was good and felt like they had some interest. But not it’s like we were staying there for free. The Aircon wasn’t working properly, the sheets were awful and smelly with lots of dust. We had to ask for TV and iron, till then it was available. The stay was pathetic and will never stay here ever.

I have stayed there 5-6 times so far. Very close to Cochin airport. Prompt airport drop for a small fee.

They should have cleaned the bathroom and toilet.

nice location nearer airport facility is good atmosphere is also good during summer choose ac room otherwise very suffocated and feel warm

there were some mosquitos in ground floor room otherwise everything thing is good and I highly recommend not to book non ac room as it gets boiling hot room pay extra but don't book non-ac room

our experience was terrible here. No lift, senior citizens had to climb 3 floors. rooms were suffocating, no ventilation. even after check in they didn't have ac remotes. they don't have any in house hotel service. too many mosquitoes around. definitely not good for the family even for 1 hour stay.

Very terrible hotel, flush was not working, very bad smell when we entered the room. Staff was not cooperative really bad hotel & i wouldn't recommend anyone

location superb - walking distance from airport. does not live upto the location standards though. untidy and not so clean staff supportive and prompt

hotel rooms are average not too good, which room allocated to us there was too much high temperature🌡️ so i suggest must be book ac room, non ac room is totally worst for this location, and another problem is there was no restaurant facilities and there was no local markets available nearby the hotel so we also hampered for that otherwise all are ok.

Food quality poor, service poor, staff was not ready to listen to any thing, no telephones in any room, no fridge, no geyser. In totality avoid staying here

Writing as on sep2024, this is a 3 floor building and it is new with no lift. And the staffs here are north indians except the receptionist and they don't understand any south language nor english and even malayalam. There is no internal restaurant or kitchen, even the coffee they get it from outside shops. The ac rooms are good but there is no ventilation for the bathroom, the smell just comes inside the room. Very poor planning constructed. If you pay 500rs extra, you will find better options around this area.
