This hotel does not maintain hygiene . Rooms were not clean .

This was my second stay at aj elite grand....rooms were clean n neat... service n hospitality was excellent n friendly staff....only felt bad compared to my first stay was madhuvan restaurant the quality n taste of food was detoriated compared n even complimentary breakfast....rest all its good... finally it was good stay.

This was my second stay at aj elite grand hotel.... the hotel staff were friendly and rooms were clean n neat....and spacious too....great hospitality....one star less I given for madhuvan restaurant because 8months back the quality of food n complimentary breakfast was good but this time quality was deteriorated compared to last....rest all its fine...

Poor food , poor service... it’s not a 4 star property... trap is “king size pool view”.. the beds are queen size... don’t ask for any paneer based curry.. they will only give curry no paneer.. the free breakfast is worst the pancakes is a shit pancake I have ever eaten .. the on duty supervisors are liar on the face ... accessibility to the hotel is bad too... pay a bit more price and book other hotels

This is an excellent hotel with great restaurant, the chef of the restaurant is excellent, we enjoyed the stay with delicious food and excellent service! I will recommend this place to family and business visitors.

Warm welcome, 24hr helpdesk service, Outskirt from City Center but good location. One can avail Gym or Pool facility. Two inhouse restaurant - one Veg and another nonveg, tasty food with reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and clean. They provide portable cot with quality mattress for 3rd guest (we had booked for 1 room, 3 guest) - it is similar as main bed and not just mat on floor. Compl breakfast quality good, at least 7-8 options are there incl. North and South Indian dishes (but for multiple day stay - may find same choice everyday). Excellent stay at a superb hotel. Spotless and clean with a polite helpful staff. Restaurant was good.

The rooms were neat and clean, no insects pests or mosquitoes. All the facilities as described in the profile was available. Staff were very polite and friendly. Room services were done upto satisfaction. Food quality needs improvement. Swimming pool was dirty and needs proper maintenance. Overall a good stay

amazing stay. Huge property with exclusive vegetarian restaurant ,continental restaurant. clean and beautiful rooms.buffet spread is good covering north and south food. hotel has a very huge swimming pool and gym

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had Lunch. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Property is good, location is a bit away frm City , but the calm surroundings are a huge plus. The staff at reception, restaurant, housekeeping,everyone whom I interacted with were very helpful and attentive. Food is awesome at madhuvan pure veg restaurant.

Stay was pleasant . Rooms were spacious . Food at restaurants were not at all good both veg where we had breakfast food was bad.food at multicuisine resort was also no good
