Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of AJ GRAND ELITE HOTEL. Everything about the AJ GRAND ELITE HOTEL was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had Lunch. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Excellent stay — the room was exceptionally clean, hygienic, and strictly non-smoking, which I really appreciated. The staff was very professional and courteous throughout. There was also a very large parking area, which made arrival and departure easy and stress-free. However, the lack of a balcony made the space feel a bit enclosed. A great option overall if you don’t mind missing out on some fresh air or a view.

The rooms were neat and clean, no insects pests or mosquitoes. All the facilities as described in the profile was available. Staff were very polite and friendly. Room services were done upto satisfaction. Food quality needs improvement. Swimming pool was dirty and needs proper maintenance. Overall a good stay

Really impressed with the warm hospitality of the staff, pretty decent amenities in the room, well managed gym with best class equipments, pretty big swimming pool and finally provided packed breakfast for early checkout! Felt like home! Will sure opt whenever I’m in Mangalore!

Property is good, location is a bit away frm City , but the calm surroundings are a huge plus. The staff at reception, restaurant, housekeeping,everyone whom I interacted with were very helpful and attentive. Food is awesome at madhuvan pure veg restaurant.
