My recent stay at the hotel was just about okay. The property has potential, but several aspects need improvement. The staff seemed not well-trained in basic procedures and etiquette, and their response to guest requests was quite slow. Breakfast was average in taste — decent options but poorly managed service.
I also faced a couple of inconveniences — the key card sensor malfunctioned twice in a row, which caused unnecessary delays, and one night there was a complete power outage due to a fuse issue, which wasn’t resolved quickly. The valet service too was below expectations, quite unorganized.
On the positive side, the hotel does have a beautiful and long swimming pool, which is definitely the highlight of the stay. With better staff training and attention to service quality, this place could be much better.
