A very good hotel for a family to stay, neat and clean and very good service. In house restaurant was also very good. I feel for an early check-in they should have dispensed with extra charges, considering it was a 24 hours check out

Pathetic stay

Location of hotel is superb. Food was awesome and the ambience in the room is excellent. But the tragedy is there is a pub above my room the noise was very loud including the vibrations on the door. I had complained this to front office but no one cares about this. This is really pathetic after paying such a huge amount for stay.

good location, nice people, big room and comfortable stay. have not faced any issues while staying in the hotel. its at very good location and they have good parking space too. they have varity of restaurants, choose from pub, bar, pure veg or multi cuisine, everything is available. if you went out in day then need not to think about the dinner, just come have here at property. Breakfast was also decently good.

Good location, Staff is very attentive, breakfast is amazing and have ample restaurants to suit your taste. I also use the spa on every visit. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner. But overall a good experience.

Decent hotel with room for improvement

Stayed here with family for one night in a twin bedroom. We booked at the last minute, reached there by 9:30 pm and the check-in was smooth. So was the check-out. The security, the bell boy and front desk were very helpful. The room was nice, though the cleanliness, especially that of bathroom, can go up few notches. Same hold true for the lift. There is a valet basement parking, which is great. The dinner and complimentary buffet breakfast at The Grand Kitchen restaurant were ok-ish. For the breakfast that happened today (21 Oct, 2025), the cut fruits were kept open and I had to tell the staff to close them and chase away the houseflies!! For the next 5 minutes, a person was running around catching them with a mosquito bat in front of the diners!!! an overdose of Definitely not upmarket standards, but worth a stay for a night.

Room & room service was pretty good. Initially we experienced slow water drainage in the shower area, so we asked the front desk to switch us to a different room. Complimentary breakfast was average, we weren't provided with much options. Other than that we had no complaints and the front desk promptly took up all our queries.
