The experience was fine—nothing over the top, but it did the job. It met basic expectations without surprising or disappointing. The rooms were neat and clean, the bathroom was well-maintained, and the service and staff were excellent. However, towels and soap were not provided, which was a bit disappointing.

There was no toileteries and stain was there in the towels hairs were there in the bedsheet

Property Location is very good we didn’t take any other services so can not comment however they still can improve to keep things clean and tidy for a double occupancy they provided only one towel and i had to ask multiple times to get the second towel however hotel is good to stay

Location is good, the size of room is also large, easy check in and check out but room was a bit stinky, towel and bedroll was not clean. Door lock was having some issue.

Stay was not really good. Beds were not good at all, they used 2 small beda instead of one bed it was really irritating. It was a very bad experience, the rest of the things were good.

Rooms are pathetic. Dirty bedsheets not changed after previous guests. The boys working there are also dumb and dont understand anything.

They charged for early check in, for keeping luggages in a room they told the charges till 7pm in the evening but vacated the luggages to reception and filled room for other guests

Great stay located at the city centre. Smooth check-in and the room was worth the price. Proximity to rail and bus stations.

The location was good, near to bus stops and hotels and malls, service by staff was also up to the mark. But the disappointment like, the bed covers were not properly done, only one bath towel was provided, the food was not so good, not worth it for the money, the water bottle was not provided as basic things. It was too hot so we ran out of water and went out to drink water late at night.

Affordable stay, their food is very tasty and super affordable.

Stay experience was very good, the staff were very approachable and helpful. The hotel is very near to major bus stops. Me and my parents had a very comfortable and safe stay at this hotel.
