Clean rooms. Extremely good location. Courteous staff. Good dining options. Extra space is being renovated for car park. Ideal for 2 people to stay.

A humble stay and pretty clean. I checked on Google and it showed this as a 3-star hotel, but honestly, the interiors of the room didn’t quite feel like a 3-star standard. However, I would give high remarks for the apt location, reasonable price, and cleanliness.

The hotel is located conveniently, not too far from the railway station, which makes it easily accessible. The room provided was neat and clean, which was appreciable. However, the bathroom needs a lot of improvement. There were visible holes in the wall and ceiling due to the removal of old fittings, which gave an unfinished look and cleanliness to be improved in bathroom. Breakfast was quite average and not up to expectations. Initially, no tea bags or sugar were provided in the room, but when requested, the staff did supply them. The TV was also not working at first, though it was fixed later. Overall, the stay was just about average. With some improvements in bathroom maintenance and food quality, the hotel could offer a much better experience.

Location is Good evening though not on main road . Minimalistic and neat.

Bad food, bad stay, small room, cramped place, horrible breakfast, they didn’t have late check out even though I specifically asked for it and after we came late and opted for it and informed them. Just horrible.

I booked two rooms for 6 person. But one room was smaller than other. No refrigerator in both rooms. Fan regulator was not working in one room. Not fixed on complaint.

Hotel is located in heart of the city. We were stayed in this hotel many times. This time we ordered for dinner they took 1st day 40 mins to supply and 2nd day 80 mins. that too after following up twice. food serve to be improved . other than this room and toilets were was cleaned and well maintained.

The location is ok but service is real bad and even though I had booked the premium room, the facilities mentioned in the page were made available only on demand. The bathroom is dingy and fittings were loose and to make matters worse there was a plumbing issue. Overall a very poor hotel

Cockroach’s in room not mobile network and WiFi is waste. Hot water was also not available at late night overall very bad experience

Property location was good inside the mangalore city. Stay was neat and clean and good services from staff. There is a good restaurant in the hotel.

Very nice hospitality and good service

We stayed with family. The hotel is on the main road and close to the railway station. There is a shopping mall nearby and a big temple nearby. The hotel has a good restaurant , and the food is really good. They arrange south Indian morning breakfast. in a nearby place if you have booked it. Hotel staff are cordial. The hotel is clean and well maintained.
