Washroom door wasn't able to close it,. Written coupon for breakfast and not happy for the hotel's standard..

Since the property is in a side alley from the main road, it is slightly difficult to locate. The front office staff was not proficient in any languages other than his mother tongue. The room was OK, but there were no tea bags/coffee powder/sugar kept. Had to ask the staff to bring. The lock on the window was not functioning. Stayed only for a night, so didn't experience the quality of food. But found the restaurant closed at around 7:30 pm.

Sir,Since the location was central ,I choose this hotel 2 rooms to stay. But staff cooperation & adjustment was not very positive. Also there are some technical problems for running of A.C. Unit ,Toilet hand Water socket etc. Also to mention here is Customer do not get Bathroom soap ,Handwash ,Shampu & towel also not provided by H.K. staff before requesting. Allthe staff not found Charming & welcoming.

Hot water facility is not upto the mark. Rest all facilities are good. The hotel location and room service are good. laudry wait time is more but given the continuous rainfall it can be acceptable. overwall hot water facility need to be improved for sure.

Karuna hotel location is in the heart of Mangalore. For food (fish)Mangalore is the best place . All facility available in that location eg. Railway, mall, restaurant &all type Shopping

The hotel is situated in the town region. Lots of resturants, streets eateries tea shops are very close. The breakfast is fine. The room is spacious. Well maintained bathrooms and furniture. The staffs are also good.

Room is clean and hygienic and located in prime area

It was a small room in a higher price. Location was good. Near to the temple. Receptionist was busy on his phone.

The room service was very poor. We had to call 3-4 times to get the room service done. Food was good. Location of hotel is also good.

Hotel is Good but it’s bathroom is very small and cunjested, all of them best for staying

Not customer friendly staff and worst parking area and calling several times starting by 10 am itself informing and cautioning that the time of check out will be 11 am

A humble stay and pretty clean. I checked on Google and it showed this as a 3-star hotel, but honestly, the interiors of the room didn’t quite feel like a 3-star standard. However, I would give high remarks for the apt location, reasonable price, and cleanliness.

The hotel is located conveniently, not too far from the railway station, which makes it easily accessible. The room provided was neat and clean, which was appreciable. However, the bathroom needs a lot of improvement. There were visible holes in the wall and ceiling due to the removal of old fittings, which gave an unfinished look and cleanliness to be improved in bathroom. Breakfast was quite average and not up to expectations. Initially, no tea bags or sugar were provided in the room, but when requested, the staff did supply them. The TV was also not working at first, though it was fixed later. Overall, the stay was just about average. With some improvements in bathroom maintenance and food quality, the hotel could offer a much better experience.
