Hotel Manorama

i booked it for my mother and father one of the worst experience . The milk /tea powder with was given was expired, the rooms was not neat no proper lift have to travel to 3rd floor and come back to 1st floor. Hotel rooms were empty but still had to book suite rooms as they are expensive. Demolition work happening on the next site till 3am no sleep I will no suggest for this hotel booking for elderly people.

Hotel location was nice, but rooms were average. But ok for a night stay. Beds were queen size so easily accomplished 3 person in a bed

It was not mentioned while booking whether extra bed would be included and hotel people took extra charges for it . So felt disappointed.

we went as a group for 3 days, we had a pleasant stay there and also extended a day without any hassle

The hotel is centrally located. Near many restaurants and shopping mall. Rooms are clean and adequate. The only thing that could be better was if the washroom was a little big. Ample parking is available on the site

It has been a bad experience with our stay the bedsheet and pillow are not clean and the present of bedbugs, the shower head is dirty and broken. A blanket is not available in the room, the room is very hot with no ventilator i available

We could not sleep due to horrible mosquito issue. No room service. Service people are not attending service request well. And tv unit not working. Not ventilated, so room temperature is very high. Very bad experience totally.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking, when I arrived, they informed me that my room had been sold to someone else. I was shocked and frustrated, especially since I had booked and paid in advance. The staff made no attempt to accommodate me or offer an alternative solution. I was left standing in the lobby for over two hours with no assistance, and they refused to provide me with another room because they had “overbooked.” Their behavior was completely unprofessional, and there was no apology or effort to make things right. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would strongly advise against booking at this hotel. You risk being left stranded despite a confirmed reservation, as they clearly overbook and sell rooms to the highest bidder. Absolutely unacceptable!

There were no restroom mat, pillow covers were not changed, for dustbin a still bucket was kept

The stay was good and we enjoyed it

The check out at the hotel is 24 hrs but the checkout mentioned shows check out from 12 noon to 11 am. We had to book for 2 days instead of booking for 1 day hence double the charges. Please see if this can be rectified.

Nice accommodation and facilities and very co operative staff. Good restaurants nearby and very near to city entre

It was really superb neat and clean and environment is nice near to all beaches and temples hotel just below the stay superb and tasty dosas in dosa hut

Was given a non ac room. Staff was not courteous. Very average room and bathroom could be better.
