Hotel Mangalore International - K.S. RAO ROAD

Horrible rooms, you will get better rooms and facility for this tariff, room is with seepage, dirty washrooms, no amenities. never book this hotel even by mistake.

The rooms were available late, the first room was given at 3:00 pm and second at 4:30 pm. we had to ask for towels, soap and water. The 3rd floor room bathroom was stinking, plus it was infested with coackroaches. Parking is very limited.

The hotel is very old and first day we didnt have hot water and also AC and fan were making noise. I would recommend this hotel as its close to CC mall and navigation becomes easy but not worth the money paid

It was a great experience beds could have been more comfortable otherwise it is good for a two days stay

Only issue was we had asked for a room to refresh for 1 hour in the evening after returning from a marriage as our luggage was kept in the luggage room for which the male reception staff asked for Rs 1,200 and sounded rude stating why will 3 women and 2 girl child need 1 hour for using washroom. Checked in for a day for business visit. The staff is cordial and supportive, the property gives you an OLD feel though with a waterless fountain just occupying space in the middle of a floor. The WiFi has biggggg issues in the rooms. Rooms don’t have any internal directory to call the room service or even the reception. The place can be retouched and made look a little Better to attract new clients.

We stayed in the non-AC rooms. The overall experience wasn’t very pleasant. The room had a musty smell, and the washroom had a different strong odor, which made it uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was also very dim and didn’t give a positive or welcoming vibe. We feel the rooms could definitely be upgraded with better lighting and fresh fragrance. For the amount we paid, the stay did not feel worth it.

First of all no restaurant, so many cockroaches and not maintained properly.

No food available in the hotel.. No proper aminites.. All together a very bad experience. Will not suggest to anyone

good ambience and great hospitality in mangalore. this was my first stay in the hotel but felt good with good customer service facility. Location is good. Ambience is great. Hospitality is wonderful. I prefer next stay also there if I reach to mangalore

my experience is okay okay here the problem I face is mainly at night cause there r small small cockroach in the room and the bed is also old apart from that stay is good 👍👍

The property is located at a Central place and is close to Mangalore Central railway station. But the amenities are a little bit poor.

Budget Stay, Basic rooms with nothing fancy,Clean and Tidy and spacious Rooms, Didn't try the food though.

The rooms were clean, but there were cockroaches. No water bottles were provided. On the second day, there was water on the floor, leaking from somewhere. When I tried to open the window, I felt a tingling electric shock. I would not recommend the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located. However the property is not at all maintained. The linen was dirty. Doormat was beyond dirty. Bathroom taps, commode, bucket etc everything needs replacing.

Not Worthy for money worst rooms maintenance is very poor Maintenance lift not working for 5th floor they are provided room there after i am shouting

First booked ac rooms. Had to cancel and rebook as change of dates within 15 min. Mmt took me to the saved paged of booking with just changes in dates. I changed the dates and booked. Then to my utter surprise the booking was done non ac. We requested the hotel to take the necessary charges and give us a ac room. They refused and said that we have booked online and they will not give ac. So we did not stay and left within a day even though our booking was for 3nights and 4 days. Hopeless mmt and hotel

The room and the linen were shabby. There was no TV but when I asked repeatedly for the TV, they put a TV in the room which had a defective sound system. They gave a complementary mineral water bottle only when we asked for it.
