Location, Food and Service very nice

hotel rooms are very small, walls are dirty, unclean, not maintained well. I would not recommend this hotel since all hotels were full and not available. hence choose this and i had a bad experience

Hello We had an average experience during our stay at Ginger Mangalore, Mangalore. Food was very minimal in veg section and had no choice in non veg during breakfast buffet other than boiled eggs, we expected some kind of chicken sausage etc. Location wise it was good as there was plenty of space for parking. There were no Dental Kits in washroom like other hotels.

ideally located for travellers and tourists. very comfortable stay. good , efficient staff. restaurant fare was tasty. recommend for family and business trips to Mangalore

They made me wait for 30 minutes for checking in. Unpleasant experience while checking in. AC in the room was making quite noise affected the sleep

Food was good in the buffet. Rooms are very small. So if looking for a budget stay for one person it is reasonable but with family and more than a person per room it can seem stuffy with barely any space to walk around the bed

The property was not well maintained and appeared old and worn out. The bathroom drainage was poor — water did not flow out properly. The fridge in the room was not cooling as expected. Overall, the room conditions could be significantly improved

The team is excellent — warm, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile. However, they do need some polishing in their communication skills. On the day we arrived, we were provided worn-out and torn linen, and the previous guest’s belongings were still lying around. The bathroom was stinking, and I’m not sure if the exhaust was functioning. Though the team cleaned our room well afterward, the linen issue still needs urgent attention. They should also consider scheduling regular window cleaning, as it affects the overall appearance. Otherwise, the public areas are well maintained. Breakfast was great.

Reception staff of the hotel need to be improvement, for giving checkout bill print taken more than 20 min, very bad Food quality, never book this hotel with food options, there is so many good restaurant near my hotel. Room cleaning also need to be improve. overall experience is very bad.

The stay at country inn Manipal was excellent. I stayed in the suite room and it was amazing. The food, ambiance and the overall stay was top notch. I want to mention the staff over there gave us an amazing service and helped us in every aspect. They are the real stars.

Hotel is budget friendly and good located in easily accessible road. I have checked in at 2:00AM. Staff support was good at odd hours. No one will assist you to show your room. But for 2600 rupees my expectations was even lower. Hence the service standard is justified. Rooms were in very good condition. Colour scheme of hotel is very attractive..I will recommend for budget stay
