Location is right on the highway, 30 mins from Airport. They have a in house restaurant and food is good. WiFi is not free and they charge per hour basis which needs to be provided free like rest of the hotels.

The Ginger Mangalore has an excellent location. The staff there is extremely hospitable. The rooms were very functional and clean.

The rooms were clean, and really good. I absolutely loved the breakfast spread. Dinner and lunch, you can order and it was good too.

Standard not as per Ginger Property. Food is terrible doesn't taste good. Rooms are a bit old. Towels provided looked like old. breakfast has limited options and doesn't taste good. Ala carte menu is also limited.

The experience was good the hotel staff was helpful and provided wheel chair for us (for injured guest). The breakfast next morning was fresh and tasty. Room could have been better prepared.

The Hotel was neat and clean. Breakfast was reasonable. Mangalore Chicken was very well made for meals. Scope for improvement in Towels. Location is way off, however, convenient to those taking National Highway towards Udupi. Adequate parking available. Autos demand over and above the Meter to go from the city to the Hotel. Front desk staff are well trained and polite.

Room condition was bad and kind of shady, also not maintain. Some lamps flikering and some gone out. Staff is not supportive specially in the dining room.

Room condition is really bad and look kind of shady. Some rooms had a peculiar smell.

The hotel room was stinking. The washroom was in horrible conditions. Not recommended at all. The food served was not upto the quality. Overall a no no if you are looking for hotel to stay with your family. Go for another hotel. There are so many good hotels . We were deceived by the name of Ginger hotel.

I stayed in the Queen Deluxe room of Ginger Mangalore. The facilities and overall ambience were good enough, the staff was also cooperative and welcoming. The quality of the food can be improved a bit though.
