I had booked aurelia comforts based on high reviews and good feedback. But such a situation was not in my favor. First of all we arrived at 5am, i know it's way too early considering our check in was at 11am. The person at reception was reluctant to provide a room and told to wait until 6am. We had a child with us and considering we were already tired, the least courtesy was to not to ask us to wait u till 6am. I was ready to even book an extra room. Anyways, the person asked me to pay 1k to enter the room. Upon entering, we room was okay, however everything kept was of single usage. I. E. Single towel, 1 soap etc. We had booked the room for two adults so i found this very strange. We were not explained on the reception number to dial, the wifi password nor breakfast timings. Absolutely nothing was told to us on arrival. I mean not that we expect people smiling to greet us but least receptionist should be appealing to the customers on the first day of arrival. This is lacking here in this hotel even on the next day morning. Now comes the main concern of this hotel. The next day we had our personal work agenda and hence we told the hotel receptionist to keep our room clean, we would return in the evening. Upon arrival to our surprise, the room was as it was when he left it, but here is the worst part. All the walls were covered with small lady bugs crawling everywhere. It was yuck. Just above our bed was a big spider web. This shows cases how aurelia comfort hotel takes care of the room service. Upon informing the receptionist, they seem to be least concerned which brings to the attention to the point that this hotel doesn't really care for what customers say. We were there for a 2 day stay, and thank god for that cause we checked out the next morning and headed to another hotel. I certainly would not recommended anyone booking aurelia comforts. Improvements needed
a) a better receptionist who can greet people nicely and explain things of the room and facilities b) room cleanliness needs to be definitely improved. I don't think ab y person on this planet would like to see bugs crawling on the walls. Things that were good
a) breakfast was nice
b) staff and watchman were good. Very polite
