I Booked the hotel at 9AM and went to hotel, however he denied entry saying that check in will be on 12PM and asking for more money for pre check in, however after request due to medical emergency he allowed us in the hotel with check in

Size of the room and bathroom was little small and not convenient for feel free stay. also the windows of the room were opening towards road side which is directly towards a flyover. so that it is clearly visible from outside to inside view and the most inconvenience was there curtain. a single layered curtain pair which is not even covering the entire length of the window properly and is very thin so at night when the lights are turned on it is a free show for the passengers through the road . terrible 😞 otherwise rooms and bathroom were neat and clean. Aircondition and 24hrs hot water in bathroom etc are working properly. No kettle. No teac or coffee service etc are the other drawbacks

it was a very terrible stay for family.i would not recommend anyone,specially family.u can't go to the restaurant with family for food.its such a disgusting.people are consuming alcohol every where in that resturant even in family space also.and one more thing I would say,the behaviour of the staff is not good at all.

Small place, clean and decent enough for overnight stay. Reception is sparse and parking is opposite to the hotel under the bridge. Small clean rooms and supportive staff.

Recommended to stay and near beach and parking also good.
Lovely and amazing hotel. I have been to munnar with family. Hotel is the good location and suitable for family member. I booked the hotel and got best of the price. Room was big and quality of food was good with reasonable price

A comfortable and serene stay at devatha residency, dharmasthala
I recently had the pleasure of staying at devatha residency with my family in dharmasthala, and my experience was nothing short of delightful. Here's a detailed review of my stay: 1. Location and accessibility: the property fairly new amid-st plush greenery all around and is located about 2 kms to the main temple which made an ideal choice for me. There is ample car parking space inside the property and hence did not worry about the safety of my vehicle. 2. Room and comfort: the room were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day's journey. The availability of hot water was a big plus for early morning temple visit. 3. Staff and hospitality: the highlight of my stay was the hospitality of the staff mr. Srinivas. He was polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Mr. Rohit, the property manager was humble and kind enough to brief me about his property and he sent the location to ensure i reach the location hassle free prior to my arrival. Overall, my stay at devatha residency was wonderful. My family liked the property i would highly recommend it to anyone planning a dharmasthala temple visit with their family members.

Family stay at laxman residency
familyHotel location is very apt, right next to nh66. Staff is helpful and courteous. They have a toed up restaurant and bar which can cater to lunch and dinner. They have given room options with and without breakfast, but breakfast is not available as the restaurant does not operate that time. The hotel from which they arrange breakfast is not that good with just 4-5 options, so better to avoid that and order online. A budget hotel with price justified to the facilities. They have their underbridge parking facility as well

This is ideal for pit stop and run away … couple of good restaurants for your rescue as the hotel has typical adda type Bar which is closed on dry days … Pitt they don’t even serve food .. Gloomy place … couple of female employees working there and I felt that place may not be a dark one ! Solo travellers who mind such matters can stay and save some money

Also, the Bar & Restaurant was closed due to the election code of conduct.
