Disappointing Stay – Badly Maintained Roo
The location was convenient as it is near the hospital, which was the main reason I booked. However, the room condition was very disappointing. It was poorly maintained, with insects all around, a dusty floor, and broken taps in the washroom. Although the room details mentioned a water heater, there was none available. charged for 24 hours without AC, the stay was definitely not worth the price.

Terrible Stay
Location was good like it is near to hospital which i wanted but the room was so bad and not well maintained...there were insects all around the room and the floor was full of dust and mainly there were no water heater which was mentioned in room details and some tap were broken in washroom....The room is not at all worthy for 24hrs without AC

Good Stay
The stay was a good experience. They have separate dining and resting area in a room wich is quiet impressive. And the room was quite decent too.

Booked 2 non ac rooms but they gave us ac rooms the rooms were basic, tidy and worth the money i paid for it.

never opt for this. horrible experience
it is a shabby lodge and not a hotel. horrible bed and toilet . bed was not clean. shabby toilet. don't be fooled by the name there is a herra international hotel which seems to be good. these two are totally different.

The locations shared of the hotel was 500 meters away from the hotel. Insects and bugs inside the room.

Terrible Stay
Very worst experience. This hotel is not for family. Morning there is no water. I had to inform to reception and they switch on the motor. Lot of mosquitos. Can't sleep in the night. The room is terrible lot of bad stains on the walls surround the room.

Excellent Stay
The stay was good for the price. They provide spacious room and all facility is available. It can be located easily. The staff behaviour was good. Everything was working properly. Overall it was a good stay.

Terrible Stay
We booked two deluxe ac rooms for 6 members paying around 4300. But the rooms condition was not good. It was not clean. Wastes from last guests were also found in toilet. It was a worst terrible experience for the amount which we paid.

Not clean.
groupHad to call up customer care and wait for 30 mins to check in though i had a confirmation. No breakfast provided though i had complimentary breakfast. Worst maintenance, not clean and hairs laying around all the places.
