Review Of Hotel Shanthala

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was absolutely no one to attend to us, and the basic amenities were not provided. The TV was not working, there was no drinking water available, and the entire place had a terrible smell. On top of that, there was no proper parking space, which made things even more inconvenient. Cleanliness and customer service were completely lacking, and overall the experience was very unpleasant. Definitely not worth the money and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location is really nice and that's the sole reason i chose this hotel. Amenities and Services were pretty average, Bathroom was not that clean, Room was not that nice so i would say an average experience

There are no FANs available in the dormitory rooms and AC timings at 8 pm to 12 pm. How can anybody survive in the hot season

Pathetic... not at all clean.. nobody came to clean the room during my 2 days stay. Even after informing the reception person.

The room was clean. There was hot water available throughout the day. Food options are plenty and nearby. The hotel location is pretty good and has connectivity by buses, train and autos. Good wifi is a plus. I really liked staying here.

There were a lot of mosquitoes the room was not cleaned and had a lot of dirt and there were loose parts all over the place i was hurting us the window was especially dirty and had holes in the net

Worst hotel ever. I reached at night and there was no one at the reception. I stayed at reception full night. Also no1 received call, nor owner noone. Please if anyone sees this review, do not rely a single night in this hotel. Its worst and dosnt have manners.

Hotel was too dirty, bathroom was stinky. Hotel staff was arrogant and not supportive at all. I booked for 3 days but left in 1 day. Staff did not refund any money.

We stayed for 3 days. Value for money. The facility is safe for family. Location is at centre of city. Every daily need like medicals, nandini milk, etc. Is available in walking distance. Abhish mall is in walking distance with multi-screen theatre for fun. Overall, good place to stay. Good staff also.

Pathetic is rating. Reservation was done for 6may and 7may. Till 1pm on 6may23, hotel was not informed about the booking! i had to make multiple calls to ensure hotel is informed about the booking. Cannit get worse than this?
