Hotel Heraa

It was worst experience, no hygiene, no service, flush was not working, no toiletries. Not managed well at all.

Hotel is on fourth floor of a shopping mall. Lifts not working, hot water not available, no luggage assistance offered. Everything thing we have to ask for. Hot water issue was not resolved during our period of stay. As a stop gap arrangement provided bathroom in different room even there also no hot water available. My father who is 93 years and heart patients has to climb the four floors 2 times. Not worth for stay for families and aged people.

Entire experience was good but the hotel is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was not working. We had to use the stairs for all the 3 days we stayed. If anyone is looking rooms for senior citizens, kindly avoid this.

The property has scope for improvement. There is no power back-up facility, and the hotel does not have a restaurant. Overall management and services need to be developed more professionally as per my personal view.
