Hotel Panchami

Its a different room What they showed in website while booking. Average stay, clean room but 80s style room setup and furniture. Booked double bed, but provided two single beds in one double cot, those are very small and uncomfortable. It's ok but not worth. I asked for a change of room but got rude reply from staff. While check-in, no support staff provided.

Initially there was confusion with the property room. The hotel team assigned a totally different room which was of low standard but after coordinating with MMT and hotel manager they assigned the room which was booked through MMT and was as per photos. The room and bathroom were very clean. Even the bedding was clean and hygienic. In the hotel there is a restaurant but I didn't get a chance to explore. This hotel is 20 mins away from the railway station and 2 mins walking distance from the KSRTC bus stop. Walking distance you have options for a good restaurant too. Overall it's a good experience. Only one feedback to MMT, please check what you are posting photos and details is the same customers are getting. Because with me they first gave different rooms, I have spent my time coordinating with MMT and the hotel manager to get the correct room. Also It mentions 2 to 3 things in room details like mineral water, etc, which was not actually available. So please ensure what details are provided we really get it.

Room was good, but toilet exhaust fan was not working. And TV was not getting on ...but overall experience was good like car parking, life facility etc

Good Lodge and service compare to online booking Normal Booking is low price.

I recommend panchami lodge. It is more than a lodge. Very clean and friendly staff. Also good location.

Okaish. Room is somewhat clean but little dusty. Staff behaviour is okay. Overall good. Cleaning should be improved.

Room maintenance is not good. Room service is average. Bath towel, bed spread are old. Ld spring matress gives back ache.

The bathroom was a little dirty, not much the toilet was clean enough. And the room too looked old and not maintained. If you are a bachelor it's good but not recommended for family

1. In double room we are getting two single blanket. Instead of a double blanket 2. Only one chair is given 3 only one glass for drinking water. These are all awkward

Worst hotel ever. Bathroom are stinky no cleanliness.

The hotel lacked hygiene standards, missing essentials like toothpaste and a toothbrush. The water heater was also unreliable. I believe the price was excessive for these shortcomings.

Made me to wait 15 mnts check in even though the booking was confirmed, and he is unaware of online bookings

They do not serve any kind of food. They don't even provide water so one has to buy water. Poor hospitality. Workers are just ok to talk with. Room utilities are poor.

The property is bang opposite mangalore bus stand. Nice option if you plan to travel to coorg/udipi/mysore/etc by bus. Also, its next to bharat mall where they have a pabbas ice cream outlet. Its pretty decent. For us it was just for a days stop over before our onward s journey.

Nothing special or wrong. But location of hotel is prime.

I stayed with my family for 2 days. It was pleasant and comfortable stay. Hotel is near to ksrtc. And market. But they don't provide extra bed. They give only bedsheet and pillow. Otherwise room was clean. Staff behaviour is very friendly and caring.
