Review Of Hotel Citywalk Residency

Location is good, market, city bus stand are near by hotel. if someone likes closed rooms & is allergic to fresh air or sunlight then this is your place as rooms don't have windows. Also on the 2nd day staff refused to clean the room.

Very conjusted on car parking area and also bed cleaness not good at all

The hotel is good but there is no restaurant inside the Hotel...Outsourced food quality is not good..

Rooms are spacious & clean . Centrally located, great value for money. Lot of restaurants near by, lot of transport options.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Citywalk Residency! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. I especially loved the South Indian breakfast, it was fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to the day. The hotel provides lift access secured with an access card, so only guests can enter the lift , which makes it very safe, especially for women travelers. Transport is easy to catch from here, and all the main places like the bus stand, railway station, and malls are nearby, which made my stay even more convenient. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Mangalore!

Location of hotel clumspy , they intentionally made us to wait for checkin even rooms are empty , total corridors everything smells fungal infestation very bad experience , we paid for breakfast but they didnt provided any food wast of money ,dont go by just pictures ,rating for this not satisfied with their price for that stay

hotel by outer look and location looked shabby but the room was nice n cozy. lift limit person with access card only thus increasing safety. Room size is much bigger compared to other hotels. facility like AC, TV, clean washroom is available. only drawback is non availability of their own restaurant, having tie-up with other nearby restaurant.

Nothing was good , hotel not in cosy area ,no parking facility ,poor maintenance of rooms , don't go with images , not at all matching

Family group, don't allow early check-in without extra charges. Hotel is not hygienic surroundings are really dirty and smell all around. Sheets and pillows cover not clean properly. Even asked they haven't provided clean blanket.

It was really nice stay, staff was very helpful. Nice location as well and room was well lit. Will sure to love to stay again. Thankyou for warm welcome

Rooms, service are excellent. Staff are very courteous. Bathroom was clean and hygienic. Lacks proper parking facility. Parking is at owner's risk. One guy threatened if i don't pay him, he would damage my car.
