Terrible Stay
The hotel name board itself looked broken down, and it was even hard to recognize where the property was. The room was disappointing – the bedsheets, pillows, and covers smelled bad and looked brownish. The bathroom was very small, shabby, and dirty. Walls had peeling paint, AC was leaking, and the phone didn’t work. My booking wasn’t confirmed properly at check-in, and they weren’t even aware that breakfast was included. The property has no facilities apart from the stay itself. There isn’t even a restaurant. To eat, I had to cross the road to a very expensive place since nothing else was nearby. The only positive was hot water, but for the amount paid, the experience was not at all worth it. Overall, a terrible stay and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms were not good. Locks were not working properly. Beds were horrible. Staff is helpful but still hotel is not comfortable

The worst experience ever
The worst hotel i have ever gone till now, because the is no hygiene at all and the water in the washroom is stinking so much and is contaminated because of which me and my family fell sick very badly and even the service is worst i recommended nobody should ever go to this hotel inf-act they should cancel the licence of the hotel.

Not at all maintained clean
Arrived at 7 in the morning staff was still sleeping in the couch, rooms were not at all clean, the bed linen were used and not washed, toilet were full of stains, no soap no towel or anything given, there was food left from the previous order still in the room left uncleared

It's far away from the city and major locations. The staff were decent but weren't very helpful. The room was clean but not up to the mark. No facilities inside the room. Not even water bottles were provided. Overall, a below-average to average hotel for the price
The receptionists did not wear a mask or practice social distancing.

It was good
We checked in on 4th afternoon and checked out on 5th at 11 a.m. Visited Someshwara beach and temple and Ullal beach on 4th. Visited Udupi temple on 5th morning. Stay was pleasant. Would like the hotel to develop in all areas since they are still new. Looking forward to visit again and halt.

Excellent Stay
Overall service was very good and food was excellent. Location wise it's good and early can access beaches and as on highway so can avoid traffic

Great deal
The hotel is very well maintained. Friendly staff. Parking Area, Lift and clean room and washroom. But above all, the "Kama" toiletries they provided were exquisite!
