Hotel Naufal

Floor mat was not provided in room to dry legs. And the floor mat of the lift was very dirty. Except this all otherfacilities and staff are very nice and co-operative. My stay was comfortable & memorable in Naufal Hotel

Washroom door lock was broken and not even was there . Room was not even cleaned Drawers were broken

Location was not good. No hot water service, only cold water for shower. No blankets. Not good for a family to stay.

The room was average good bed and need come cleanliness in the bathroom thats what expected it was bad wen we entered but thy cleaned it for us overall it was a good experience in the stay

Very worst maintenance, no cleaning, no bed sheets, i never ever expected this type of hotel i left room in the mid night because of smell and hotness, very very worst service.

Rooms were dirty, bathroom has not the water flow, bugs on bed, no fresh air, no room service. Why you people select these types of hotels ?

The worst hotel i've ever went to. They didn't give soaps, towel and even western seat has no faucet attached and they assume us to use a mug and a bucket in western toilet. Pathetic experience. Donot book this hotel ever.

I had no choice and that was the cheapest one I got. But, the property was old and had no cleanliness. The pillows, bedsheet, and even door mat were very dirty.

The overall experience of the stay was nice but wash rooms are not clean and no hand gun which is quite uncomfortable.

I booked triple bed 2 room but I got a double bed room

The stay there was a horrific experience. There is no proper service within the hotel. The food we got there was with a low quality. The room was full of dirt. It was a tragic experience in this amount of money.
