Hotel Paramount Suites & Service Apartments

Location and accessibility are excellent. Autos are available just outside the premises. The parking area is convenient and clean. At first look the building looks very unkempt and disappointing. However, once u rch the 5th floor where the rooms are, its very clean. The reception area is untidy although I see tge staff cleaning the place often. it needs a face-lift. The images provided are a bit deceiving. The room was clean but the bedsheets and pillow covers were fades and old therefore they looked dirty. The bathroom looked clean at first glance but after a closer look the floor needs scrubbing. Ample storage space is provided. Iron and hot water kettle are not provided unless you request. The first night we were there we did not get hot water for bath. There is no coffee, tea or sugar in the room. These are basic things that are provided in other places. The AC was in good condition. The corridors are clean. The lift was spacious to carry all the luggage. The utility staff were pleasant. The reception staff could be a little more courteous. They weren't rude but were not very polite either. The noise from the road is not very audible inside the room. But its not very quiet. Overall, its good for a short stay of a day or 2.

Loved the stay, rooms were tidy, spacious and comfy. What could improve is options for breakfast. But location, accessibility were spot on.

Room bedsheets were not changed. Got it changed. Breakfast was really worst. Cooked by room boys and served. We had to go out and had our own.

room size is gud with beautiful interior and also location is gud .Only problem is that they have no any restaurant

The hotel is clean and hygienic but it could be better. Rooms are smaller than shown in pictures. Amenities could have been better for the price charged.

Suite was big, spacious, good natural light, clean washrooms, got hot water for bath, comfortable stay

Well maintained rooms, helpful Staff members. Happy with the stay entrance to the hotel is not very appealing however once your in the lobby from there on the experience is good.

Overall stay was good but for their ability to take room service order and honour it . Sadly they don’t pay attention nor do they pass on message to next person on duty . Repeated reminders have to be placed and still with poor outcome .

Paramount is Good after you enter into the Room. The Entrance is confusing and has to be well versed after moving few times in and out. Rest of all is Good.

Rooms were clean and neat. Very nice suite room. Staff were generous and responsive. Location also very good and everything was accessible

The hot water not available at bathroom. Tv channels are not available the behaviour of staffs are good room was hygienic

We had stayed in paramount suites during our visit to Mangalore. the hotel is located on the main road and easily accessible. We had a nice stay at the hotel it is well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are big enough ,neat and well maintained. would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting with family

Hotel is well located near to all the places like temples restaurants has ample car parking both in basement and empty place next to building, a pizza shop is there in ground floor, a restaurant also available, staff is very good and friendly.

Property is well maintained and centrally located. Check in was hassle free. Helpful staff. Spacious room came as a welcome addition for us with 2 adults and 2 kids. Neat and good ambience.

Good service. Room service people are good and helpful on time. But food is not good. Otherwise all service are good.

Good & comfortable stay. Co operative staff. Clean & hygienic rooms & washrooms. Good connection of wifi. Only let down was inhouse kitchen facility not available. Delivery time of ordered food time is huge. Would love to revisit & stay here.

Property doesn’t have restaurant but still charges for breakfast. Early check in rules are of their own kind for looting money.
