Friendly staff and decent hotel.. need to improve washroom quality (old fittings and smelly).. special thanks to Mr. Oscar

Exaust fan was not working, fittings and fixtures was old and not maintained.

There where a lot of cockroaches

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. The reception staff abhishek was very polite and efficient. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location is a plus for the hotel. Room service was a bit slow but i have no complaints. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Clean room and nice service. I recommend this hotel to all those who are looking for a peaceful environment.

It's really fantastic stay. Reption was very good. Person who handled us is very friendly.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. Well maintained hotel, no doubt. Room service is quite good. Well mannered staff. No need to look at other hotels whenever you visit mangalore.

Location is really good food:dint have from there hygeine:average safety standards:average. Had group of drunkards next door and was not very comfortable as a family

Decent stay, approachable location

Room is not clear, there is small insect on bed and all over the room, no tissue paper toilet paper in room.

Menu is repeated and cans be better

Furniture and interior are old. Should improve.

It's a good place for stopover. We stayed for one night. We have stayed here two times earlier few years back, but now we find poor maintenance. Coffee make was available only in one room though both our rooms were premium a/c

Location is good, average hotel

I've been staying at this hotel for almost the last 9 to 10 years every time I visit Mangalore. While I have tried out a few other hotels over the years, it seems like I always end up coming back to Suman Residency - centrally located, very helpful staff, good housekeeping and fairly priced I would say compared to the competition. The current management I feel is doing a really good job with the upkeep and running of the hotel. The manager Oscar and the guys at the front desk - Abishek, Yogesh and Sandeep are polite, professional, helpful and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

Easy to access the City from the hotel

Very limited variety in breakfast. They give a limited quantity of complimentary breakfast. Restaurant is not good.
