Ocean Pearl Inn

My recent stay at Ocean Pearl Inn, Mangalore offered a mix of positive aspects and significant concerns. On the positive side, the rooms were notably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The processes for check-in and check-out were also commendably easy and efficient, contributing to a smooth start and end to the stay. Parking, while a bit constrained due to being on a one-way lane with space for only about four cars, was manageable, though it could be a challenge during peak times. However, there were a couple of areas that fell short. The breakfast offered was unfortunately not good, lacking in quality and variety, which was a disappointment to start the day. The most critical incident, however, involved a room boy entering my room without permission while I was in the shower. This was a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. Such an incident significantly undermines a guest's sense of security and comfort, which are paramount in any accommodation. This single event overshadowed many of the otherwise positive aspects of the stay. While Ocean Pearl Inn has strengths in its clean, spacious rooms and efficient administrative processes, the unsatisfactory breakfast and, more importantly, the severe privacy breach, suggest a need for significant improvement in staff training and guest protocols.

I stayed with my family and had a wonderful experience. The Ocean Pearl Inn is conveniently located, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally courteous and caring, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options in a clean and pleasant dining area. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this Ocean Pearl Inn.

I enjoyed the stay with my family. Staffs were cooperative and humble. Well maintained rooms. Food was awesome. Loved the Honey chilli crispy lotus stem. I would recommend it to all my friends and family to choose this Ocean Pearl Inn. Everything is good about the Ocean Pearl Inn. The location, food , hygiene and ambiance. It was a pleasant stay in the Ocean Pearl Inn. I will definitely recommend it to all.

The stay was absolutely lovely, Generous space, Luxury and Comfort, Amazing staff from the reception till check out. Amazing service, so glad that we chose Ocean Pearl for the stay. Excellent food as well. Do try their Asian House and Vegetarian restaurant for some excellent food😇

I like your Ocean Pearl Inn and accommodation and breakfast . We stayed with Family from Arab Friends and their families. This is 3 time. I wish to stay here more days for my friend son hospital treatment here near KMC Hospital

Excellent rooms, very clean and convenient stay at Ocean perl inn in Mangalore. Though stay was just one day, it was all nearby and convenient. Direct booking was around certain amount got less amount though make my trip.

A decent Ocean Pearl Inn with well appointed rooms, friendly staff and good restaurants. The breakfast buffet is extremely good. The Ocean Pearl Inn is centrally located in the heart of the town.

Comfortable,Pleasant and economical .Breakfast good .Needs improvement particularly adding south Canara foods items such as Mangalore Buns,Neer dosa etc
