It's a wonderful stay at hotel. Atmosphere was very good. Hospitality was good. Cleanness was good. rooms are very spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very nice and food. Also very good.

Breakfast should be improved...was stale and not on time...the breakfast was supposed to be included in the bill but the staff were unaware of the same and gave a bill for payment. Only on specifically pointing out that the breakfast was complimentary, the bill was withdrawn.

The amenities are good for the price but cleanliness is poor.cockroaches n spider webs in the room.when informed the receptionist only smiled n said we know.complimentary breakfast is also very poor.ordered food from the inhouse restaurant which was pretty good.The doors are not sound proof it all the noise outside can be heard in the room and it feels like someone else is going to enter the room.the amenities like TV ac,cupboards lights bathroom n balcony are very good but they have to maintain cleanliness or else people will stop going.

The location was shared there was a difference between 200 MTRS. Other than that everything was excellent how they treated the guest.

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, bathroom was clean. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. As i reached late for checkin i did not have the time to go out for dinner so had the dinner in parivar the ambiance of the restaurant was great, the dinner was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is located just 20-minute walk from someshwara beach. Overall i had a pleasant stay at parivar residency
